Shipping & Payment

We currently offer domestic shipping across India. All orders are processed with the utmost care to ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition and on time.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship across all major pin codes in India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, location, and availability.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • A tracking link will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier partner details will be sent to your registered email/SMS.

  • You can use this link to track your order in real time.

Modes of Payment

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay)

  • Net Banking (All major banks)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available for select pin codes

Shipping Policy

1. Our Contract

Once you place an order with GetReadyDecors, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging your purchase. This email confirms the beginning of our shipping agreement with you.

2. How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery can take
4–9 business days depending on your location. Some handcrafted or made-to-order products may take slightly longer.

3. I Shipped My Order to the Wrong Address. Can You Reship My Order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@getreadydecors.com.
If already shipped, we will try to assist you, but any additional reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Do You Ship to PO Box Addresses?

No, we currently do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address with a working phone number.

5. Do You Ship Outside India?

At the moment, we only ship within India. However, international shipping may be considered in the future.

6. Will I Have to Pay Shipping Charges for Delivery in India?

  • Free Shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999 or for Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal shipping fee may apply. This will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

7. Where Is My Order?

If your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID.
You can also email us your
Order ID at info@getreadydecors.com, and we’ll update you on the status.

8. Are There Any Hidden Costs for Products Being Sold at GetReadyDecors?

No. The price listed on the product page is final and inclusive of all taxes. There are no hidden charges.

9. Where Is My Order Processed From?

All orders are processed from our central warehouse located in India. Some artisan-made products may be shipped directly from the artisan's studio or a partner hub.

Pricing & Payment Policy

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).

  • GetReadyDecors reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Orders placed prior to a price change will not be affected.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@getreadydecors.com.

  • After 6 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order might be already in process.

  • In case of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping & Returns

Deliveries

  • All deliveries are done through trusted courier partners with full tracking support.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid failed deliveries or delays.

Payments

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store card details and follow industry-standard encryption for all transactions.
