We at GetReadyDecors.com strive to ensure that every product delivered to you meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help

If You Aren’t Satisfied

If you’re not happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us via:

1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  • The return/exchange request is placed within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The item is not listed under the non-returnable/exchangeable category (see exclusions below).

2. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.

  • You wish to replace the product with a different size or design (based on availability).

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your Order ID and a photo/video of the product.

  2. Our team will review the request and approve or decline based on our policy.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or replacement dispatch within 5-7 working days.

  4. The new item will be shipped once the original product passes our quality check.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable on eligible returns (not on exchanges).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (UPI, Card, Netbanking, etc.).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer after sharing account details

5. General Terms & Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to decline return/exchange if the item doesn’t meet our criteria.

  • Only one return/exchange per order is allowed.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. What Products Are Eligible for Return/Exchange?

✅ Eligible:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product received

  • Standard products in original condition

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

7. How Soon Do I Have to Make a Request?

You must place your return/exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

8. Exclusion from Return/Exchange

Products not eligible:

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering.

9. Is There Any Condition While Returning the Product?

Yes. Please ensure:

  • Product is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Product must be unused and in re-sellable condition.

  • Return should be properly packed to avoid damage in transit.

10. What If I Need to Cancel or Modify My Order?

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placement by contacting us.

  • After dispatch, cancellation/modification may not be possible.

11. When Will My Refund Be Processed?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and successful quality check.

12. How Will I Get My Money Back in Case of Return?

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be made to the original source (UPI/Card/Netbanking).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer. We will request your bank details after the return is approved.

13. What to Do in Case of Breakage?

If your item arrives broken or damaged:

  1. Immediately take a photo/video of the package and product.

  2. Contact us at info@getreadydecors.com or +91 8006474348 within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
